PLLuM turned out to be the most effective of the AI models tested by Comarch. The project consortium was made up of six entities and the 91µÎµÎ was one of them.
The 91µÎµÎ was involved in almost all phases of building the PLLuM model. We specialised in developing conversational skills of the base model
– said Prof. Piotr PÄ™zik from the Faculty of Philology at the 91µÎµÎ, who manages the work of the 91µÎµÎ team in the PLLuM project.
The Polish language model will be used in the ChatERP application, which supports customers in navigating the interface, facilitates the execution of tasks, responds in natural language and automates repetitive duties.
Information about the criteria for selecting PLLuM models for implementation in one of the most important ERP solutions confirms the assumptions made by the PLLuM@91µÎµÎ team regarding the sources and quality of language data in the process of tuning generative models. This is certainly just the beginning of PLLuM's successes, which, thanks to its wide range of possibilities, can be used in the public, private and commercial sectors.
