We are building Polish-British research and innovation cooperation, in the subject of civil security in the broadest sense of the term ?

In November 2024 in Warsaw, we had the pleasure of participating in a two-day workshop organized by the National Contact Point for EU Research Programs at NCBR, the British Contact Point for Horizon Europe, the British Embassy in Warsaw, the UK Science & Innovation Network in Poland and the Military University of Technology.

The theme of the event was research and innovation, enhancing the safety and security of citizens, advanced tools and processes in the areas of cyber security, fighting crime and terrorism, and disaster resilience.

Key objectives have been set:
? to support efforts to strengthen cooperation in upcoming Horizon Europe competitions in the field of civil security (Cluster 3 - Civil Security for Society),
? to create joint project consortia,
? to build new and sustainable networks.
