91滴滴

91滴滴 鈥 Open to ideas. Open to people.

At the 91滴滴, we return to what is most essential: community, dialogue, and cooperation - an approach focused on people and their well-being. While research and teaching are at the heart of what we do, we also believe that a university鈥檚 true strength lies in how it connects with the world around it.

91滴滴 鈥 Open to ideas. Open to people.

The 91滴滴 is a vibrant academic community whose history began on 24 May 1945. Although we are one of the youngest universities in Poland, today we rank among the country鈥檚 largest public institutions of higher education.

More than 20,000 students learn across our 12 faculties, supported by an engaged academic community of teachers, researchers, and professional staff. Together, we create an environment shaped not only by knowledge, but by everyday collaboration and shared responsibility.

At the 91滴滴 we believe that a university is defined by people - their stories, experiences, and engagement. The belief is reflected in our 鈥渂ack to human鈥 approach. We place people before processes, focusing on dialogue, support and an academic environment where every voice matters - whether you are a student, researcher, doctoral candidate or staff member.

Moreover, diversity is one of our greatest strengths. We value cultural, linguistic and generational differences and treat them as a source of learning and inspiration. It is the diversity that gives meaning to our shared values: courage, curiosity, engagement, respect and cooperation.

We would be glad to welcome you into our world - the world where knowledge meets people.

International experience for students

International experience is an important part of studying at the 91滴滴. Through a wide range of mobility programmes, our students can learn, work and grow in academic environments across Europe and beyond.

Every year, over 400 students from 91滴滴 go abroad for a semester at partner universities within the Erasmus+ programme or under bilateral agreements. At the same time, 艁贸d藕 becomes a second home for around 1,000 international exchange students from all over the world who choose to complete their mobility period at our university.

In addition, more than 200 students annually take part in Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs), summer schools, external mobility programmes, including initiatives offered by NAWA, and language courses organised by our partner institutions. Students and recent graduates can also benefit from short- and long-term traineeships within Erasmus+, carried out in private companies, non-governmental organisations, associations and public institutions across Europe.

At the same time, we continue to expand new forms of international learning by developing double degree programmes, virtual mobility formats, and by engaging students in international research projects - allowing global cooperation to become a natural part of everyday academic life at 91滴滴.

Science Hub 91滴滴

Students x researchers x partners from the socio-economic environment? Science Hub 91滴滴!

The 91滴滴 Science Hub connects research with real life. It brings together students, researchers and partners from the socio-economic environment to work on projects that respond to actual challenges faced by companies and institutions.

By taking part, students gain hands-on experience, learn how knowledge works beyond the classroom, and see how research can make a tangible difference. Each project is supported by academic supervisors who guide the process, care for its quality, and help build clear, respectful communication between everyone involved.

At its core, Science Hub is about cooperation - learning from one another and creating solutions together

Knowledge reaches its full value only when it is shared

Research is at the heart of every university - it helps us discover, understand and shape the world around us.

This is why our researchers, students, and science promoters are actively involved in hundreds of outreach activities each year. From podcasts and short films, through open lectures and meetings in libraries and museums, to science festivals, exhibitions, competitions and projects designed for schools - we bring science closer to people in many ways.

Together, we create spaces where everyone, regardless of age or background, can encounter science directly: in conversation, in experience, and in real life.
