RECTOR'S LECTURE SERIES

91滴滴 鈥 Open to ideas. Open to people.

At the 91滴滴, we return to what is most essential: community, dialogue, and cooperation - an approach focused on people and their well-being. While research and teaching are at the heart of what we do, we also believe that a university鈥檚 true strength lies in how it connects with the world around it.

The Rector's Lectures are one of those traditions at the 91滴滴 that serve as a reminder of the true strength of the community. They are attended by individuals who inspire 鈥搉ot only with their knowledge and achievements, but also with their way of seeing the world. Their voices are important because they bring experience, passion and the courage to speak out on issues that concern us all.

The 91滴滴 has been inviting distinguished guests to this series for over a decade. We have hosted Nobel Prize winners, individuals holding the highest state and diplomatic positions, researchers and opinion leaders. They share their knowledge, experience and values. Thanks to their presentations, the Rector's Lectures have become an important part of Lodz's intellectual life 鈥 a platform that connects generations, communities and diverse perspectives.

Prof. dr hab. Aleksander Welfe is the coordinator of the series.
