Graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the 91滴滴 majoring in "Organisation of Enterprises" and postgraduate studies "Development Strategies of Joint-Stock Companies" and "Study for Tax Advisors".
From 1972 to 1994, she worked at 艁ZR "FONICA", moving through successive management levels: from production controller to member of the management board for marketing and sales
In 1994, she won the competition for the position of the President of Sales and Marketing at Fabryka Nici "Ariadna" S.A., and from 2007 to 2017, she served as a Vice President of the Management Board 鈥� General Manager. During this period, the company underwent restructuring changes in the organisation of production, distribution, product offer, management, production technology and machine modernisation
From 2008 to 2017, she was a member of the Polish Council of the GS1 system. Since 2003, she worked as a President of the Supervisory Board of ZPCH "FEDRA"
