Between 2023 and 2025, he served as Vice-President of the Management Board of Accenture Poland, where he supported the development of the firm鈥檚 practice in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe. Previously, for over 20 years, he was the Managing Director and President of the Polish branch of Accenture, a global company providing consulting, advanced technology, and outsourcing services.
He started his career at Accenture in 1989 (then Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting). He has worked in London and Madrid, among others. His long-standing experience at Accenture includes the implementation of several business consulting, management and IT systems integration projects for leading Polish and foreign financial institutions.
While working at Accenture, he completed an Executive MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago.
Jaros艂aw Kroc graduated in Foreign Trade from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the 91滴滴. The supervisor of his MA thesis, written in 1989, which attempted to assess the benefits of Spain's accession to the European Economic Community, was Professor Jerzy Nacewski.
