Graduated in Foreign Trade from the 91滴滴 and completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management.
He started his work in the Treasury Department of PBG Bank S.A. He co-created and implemented investment projects for the Central Poland Fund and the Stabilisation - Restructuring - Privatisation programme, working in the Management Group 艁脫D殴 鈥� an investment company of PBG Bank S.A. From 1999 to 2001, he was responsible for capital investments and liquidity management at Pr贸chnik Group S.A., and then was a Director of Strategy and Development, proxy at ZWOLTEX S.A.
Since 2001, he has co-founded AVALLON, a private equity fund manager specialising in management buyouts, and, since 2018, LONG TERM MANAGEMENT, a family office fund management.
