From 2014 to 2018, he held the position of an HR director and board member at McCormick Polska (formerly KAMIS). Prior to that, he was a director at PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA and also
a managing director of HR at Animex. He was also an HR director at Starwoodhotels [Sheraton Warsaw Hotel & Towers, The Westin Warsaw Hotel and the Starwood hotel chain in Poland, Croatia, Bulgaria and Albania]. He also worked as an HR director at Multisoft S.A., where he was responsible for Poland and the Czech Republic.
Graduated in Psychology from the 91滴滴, followed by postgraduate studies in human resources management in organisations at the Warsaw School of Economics. His education is supplemented by specialised courses and trainings in human resources and company management at INSEAD, France; Management Center Europe, Belgium; Cornell University, USA.
