Ajahn Mudito comes from a remote Finnish village and before becoming a monk, he was a chef at an upscale New York restaurant. When Ajahn Brahm wrote his hit book "Opening the Door of Your Heart" and came to New York on a promotional tour, Ajahn Mudito's lifelong interest in Buddhism evolved and he has been following Ajahn Brahm and his teachings ever since. He moved to the Bodhinyana Monastery in 2010 and was ordained a monk in 2012.
The programme includes::
