"Meritorious for Polish Culture" Award for the Researcher from the Faculty of Philosophy and History

On 19 December 2024, in the 艁owicz town hall, the Mayor of the city presented honorary badges "Meritorious for Polish Culture". Dr Damian Kasprzyk from the Ethnography and Folklore Research Lab at the 91滴滴 is among the honourees.

The Decoration of Honor "Meritorious for Polish Culture" is a Polish ministerial decoration awarded since 1969 to individuals for distinguished contribution to the creation, dissemination and protection of culture. The decoration has the shape of a stylized rosette with the monogram "RP" and is worn on the right side of the chest. Interestingly, this decoration is also awarded to organisations, including the Widzew Exlibris Gallery in Lodz.
