About femininity from three perspectives
鈥 I carefully examine issues related to the body, femininity and its ambiguous nature, treated as a cultural construct subject to constant transformation. In my work, I often refer to the full contours of the female body 鈥 says creator of the exhibition, dr hab. Beata Marcinkowska from the Strzeminski Academy of Fine Arts 艁贸d藕.
The 鈥(Mis)matched鈥 is not just an exhibition 鈥 it's a space for dialogue and a shared exploration of the meanings of the female body from various perspectives: artistic, anthropological-biological and sociological ones.
