How to submit an application?
The application form with attachments should be downloaded from the Research Ethics tab on the university website or from the . It should be then completed, the required signatures should be collected, scanned and sent to the following e-mail address: komisja.etyka@uni.lodz.pl
Applications must be submitted only in an electronical form.
