Calls for Applications for the Rector's Awards for the 91µÎµÎ Students and Doctoral Students

The calls for applications for the Rector's Awards for students and doctoral students of the 91µÎµÎ are open until 9 July of the current year. The awards may be applied for by those who have shown special effort for the development and promotion of the 91µÎµÎ community through their activity in the University Government Councils or other university bodies, or by achieving high results in, among other things, sports or artistic competitions

The 91µÎµÎ Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Quality of Education – Dr hab. Robert Zakrzewski, Associate Professor at the 91µÎµÎ – on 28 June 2024 issued two announcements regarding the calls for applications for the Rector's Awards of the 91µÎµÎ – for students and doctoral students.

For students of the 91µÎµÎ

The Rector's Award can be applied for by the 91µÎµÎ students who have demonstrated:

  • achievements (inter alia: sports and artistic achievements) in the academic year 2022/2023
  • activity for the 91µÎµÎ community (including work in the 91µÎµÎ student organisations or other university bodies) only in the summer semester in the academic year 2023/2024. In special cases, the Rector may decide to grant an award for achievements or activities in a period other than that indicated above.

All the interested students of the 91µÎµÎ apply for the Rector’s Award in accordance with the rules contained in the Rules and regulations for awarding the Rector's Awards for the 91µÎµÎ students. Along with the application, completed information for tax purposes must be submitted. Failure to submit information for tax purposes prevents payment of the Rector's Award.

The application along with all the attachments must be sent from the electronic mailbox address assigned to the profile in the USOSweb of the applicant for the award. The filled in, signed and scanned applications with the attachments should be sent to the following e-mail address: nagrody.rektora@uni.lodz.pl, until 9 July 2024.

For doctoral students of the 91µÎµÎ

The Rector's Award can be applied for by the 91µÎµÎ doctoral students who have demonstrated, among other things:

  • activity for the 91µÎµÎ community (including work in the bodies of the 91µÎµÎ Doctoral Students' Government Council or other university bodies) and achievements (including sports and artistic ones) demonstrated only in the summer semester in the academic year 2023/2024.

The Rector's Award for the 91µÎµÎ doctoral students is not awarded for scientific achievements.
All those interested in applying for the Rector’s Award for doctoral students apply for the award in accordance with the rules contained in the Rules for awarding the Rector's Awards for the 91µÎµÎ doctoral students.  Along with the application, completed information for tax purposes must be submitted. Failure to submit information for tax purposes prevents payment of the Rector's Award.
