The 91µÎµÎ Rector’s Representative for Doctoral Schools

The 91µÎµÎ Rector’s Representative for Doctoral Schools is in charge of ensuring high-quality education at doctoral schools, overseeing their quality, financial and organisational processes, and representing them in university bodies. The position of representative has been assumed by dr hab. Tomasz CieÅ›lak, Associate Professor at the 91µÎµÎ.

The Representative's responsibilities include:

  • supervising the operation of doctoral schools and cooperating with their directors,
  • monitoring the quality of education and supervisory support,
  • coordinating admissions to doctoral schools,
  • overseeing budgets allocated for scholarships, projects and organisational activities,
  • initiating changes to regulations concerning the education of doctoral candidates,
  • cooperating with the Doctoral School Councils and the 91µÎµÎ Doctoral Students’ Government.
     

This role supports the development of the 91µÎµÎ doctoral community, enhances the transparency of activities, and facilitates communication between units.
