My duties at the Centre for Cultural Events and Conferences (COWKiK) in the U艁 Training and Conference Centre building include :

• Serving guests of the U艁 Training and Conference Centre
• Registering, checking in and charging guests for their stay
• Providing information and managing reservations (rooms, halls/area)
• Financial settlement of guests' stay and space rental, issuing of sales documents
• Taking orders, requests from guests and processing them (e.g. wake-up calls on request)
• Maintaining the documentation and archives of the reception desk, ensuring the proper circulation of documents
• Operating the cloakroom in the functioning part of the complex, receiving luggage as required
• Observing the facility and grounds with the aid of video surveillance systems to ensure security and the supervision of signals transmitted, collected and processed in electronic devices and alarm systems and responding promptly according to established procedures
• Handling e-mail and telephone calls
