I am a habilitated PhD, a university professor at the Institute of Psychology, 91滴滴, and a graduate of the Mini MBA Postgraduate Program. From 2016 to 2020, I served as the Deputy Director of Science at the Institute of Psychology, 91滴滴.

I specialise in issues of work and organisational psychology. I am the author of more than 80 scientific publications in high-scoring journals (including three monographs). My book entitled "The phenomenon of multi-work. Psychological determinants and consequences" (2014) published by the 91滴滴 Publishing House was nominated for the prestigious Theophrast Prize for the best psychology book.

I educate students in the field of psychology. I give lectures, exercises and master's seminars, also lectures for students of the ERASMUS+ programme.
