My job involves broadly understood administrative support for the Institute of Logistics and Informatics, primarily for the Department of Economic and Medical Informatics, the Department of Operational Research, and the Department of Logistics and Innovation.

My responsibilities include, among others:

• managing the secretariat,
• budgeting for the units and recording financial documents,
• participating in the organization of scientific conferences,
• handling all matters related to personnel and unit assets,
• planning and settling teaching workloads,
• managing ongoing matters related to the teaching process,
• preparing teaching and organizational meetings for the units,
• cooperating with the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of 艁贸d藕, as well as other university-wide units.
