91滴滴

I am responsible for the broadly understood promotional activities of the Faculty of Philology of the 91滴滴.

My responsibilities include, among others:

• developing, implementing and updating the promotion and communication strategy of the Faculty;
• organization of work of the Promotion and Communication Office of the Faculty of Philology;
• contact with the Brand Communication Centre of the 91滴滴;
  
• management of the Faculty's communication channels (especially: selection, development and publication of content on the website of the Faculty of Philology, preparation and sending of the Faculty newsletter, support for activities in social media (in the field of graphic design and photography), administration of the website of the Business and Employers Council of the Faculty of Philology of the 91滴滴);
• preparing graphic designs (e.g. leaflets, posters, invitations to general faculty events, presentations displayed during events; occasional printouts);
• implementation of a new visual identity of the Faculty (contact with the Brand Communication Centre of the 91滴滴 in order to update and develop new logos; the database of faculty logos is available here: );
• designing and ordering promotional merchandise ();
• coordination of the Open Day and support in the organization of other general-faculty events (e.g. Alumni Gala, meetings with guests, International Mother Tongue Day);
• ongoing support in organizational activities during projects implemented by the Business and Employers Council of the Faculty of Philology of the 91滴滴;
• guiding school trips around the Faculty building;
• taking care of students doing internships in the faculty promotion team during the summer months.

Additional activities and skills:

• creating websites based on CMS TYPO3;
• photography.
