1. Teaching activities: conducting teaching classes (lectures, monographic lectures, seminars, master's seminars in the field of labour law), conducting examinations and assessments, including diploma examinations; conducting and reviewing diploma theses.

2. Scientific and research activities: conducting scientific research (in particular in the field of labour inspection and atypical forms of employment), publishing research results, participating in scientific meetings (conferences and seminars).

3. Organizational activities: work in collegial bodies of faculty and the 91滴滴 (participation in the work of  the Occupational Health and Safety Committee at the 91滴滴), work in doctoral and habilitation committees.
