As part of my work, I carry out tasks in the field of scientific and didactic activity.
I conduct research mainly in the area of corporate finance. I conduct didactic classes in the field of, among others:
- Risk analysis and planning in the audit
- Internal audit
- Tax and quasi-tax optimization
- Financial accounting
- International Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
- Accounting of SMEs

Main areas of interest:
- Corporate finance (alternative sources of financing: private euquity, venture capital, crowdfunding, equity crowdfunding);
- Financial analysis (including ratio analysis) of enterprises;
- Internal audit (operational audit, audit techniques, risk identification techniques/methods),
- Ways of tax optimization of companies and individuals,
- Financial accounting (especially based on the International Standards of Accounting and Financial Reporting).
