I am an internationalisation specialist at the Employee Affairs Centre. I implement and coordinate projects that support international development of the 91滴滴, enhance its recognition, and improve standards of cooperation in accordance with European guidelines.

I am involved in several strategic projects at the university, including:

• Welcome to Poland  鈥� a project supporting the internationalisation, openness and friendliness of the 91滴滴 towards international doctoral candidates and researchers,
• HR Excellence in Research logo  鈥� coordination of activities related to maintaining and developing HR standards in line with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers,
• NAWA 鈥� Euraxess  鈥� development of tools and initiatives supporting the internationalisation of research and academic mobility.
