Conducting research on corporate financial management issues and investment theory.

Supervising the implementation of the internal educational quality assurance system at the Faculty of Management of the University of 艁贸d藕, including:

• developing procedures and tools to improve the quality of education,
• preparing reports on the effects of the functioning of the Teaching Quality System at the Faculty of Management,
• cooperating with the University's Teaching Quality Council,
• initiating and coordinating the activities of the Faculty Teaching Quality Committee.
• Preparing the concept of the curriculum offer and giving an opinion on the prepared new majors/specialties.

Supervising the planning and execution of teaching workloads of employees.

Coordinating activities related to limit setting and enrolment in seminars, specialisations, elective subjects.

Coordinating activities related to the collection and archiving of syllabuses, handouts and other documents related to programme and organisational matters.

Taking action on matters related to the implementation and development of postgraduate studies and further education courses.

Co-ordination of research carried out by the department team.

Managing the teaching duties imposed on the department's employees.

Coordination of relations with the business environment with regard to the research carried out.

Co-ordination of activities in obtaining funding for the department's research.
