My interests focus on the biology and ecology of riverine benthic macroinvertebrate assemblages, with particular emphasis on the fly Chironomidae.
I have also participated in numerous studies on the impact of hydraulic developments on changes in invertebrate populations, fish and their diets.
I graduated 'Environmental Protection' and 'Stationary Doctoral Studies in Ecology and Environmental Protection' at the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection, 91滴滴. My research on the diversity of freshwater benthic macroinvertebrates I have conducted in the Department of Ecology and Vertebrate Zoology.
I am interested in the biology and ecology of benthic macroinvertebrates of flowing water ecosystems, paying special attention to some of the world's most plastic insects - dipterans from Chironomidae family.
In my free time I enjoy reading about the turbulent history of the city of Lodz and spending time outdoors with my dog.
