 Performing the duties of an employee and a research and teaching employee specified in the Act of July 20, 2018, Laws on Higher Education and Science 
(consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85, as amended) and internal acts of the 91滴滴, consisting primarily of: 
1) conducting scientific research in the field of civil procedure law, in particular non-litigious, security and enforcement proceedings, 
2) conducting teaching classes, i.e. lectures, tutorials and master's seminars.

 ANNOUNCEMENT In the 2024/25 academic year I will be on duty on Tuesdays at 16.00 - 17.30, room 494 Ph.D. J贸zef Jagie艂a, prof. U艁


Interests 


  
 The subject of interest is civil proceedings, in particular: non-litigious, security and enforcement proceedings.


Achievements 


 Co-author of the Commentary on the Code of Civil Procedure, ed. C.H. Beck, author of the monograph entitled "Temporary legal protection in civil proceedings", 
Enforcement titles" and articles glossing over the judgments of the Supreme Court.
