鈥� Co-creation of templates for administrative decisions issued during studies.

鈥� Preparation of a draft of the Rector's order on the division of the academic year.

鈥� Interpretation of regulations and preparation of draft regulations on fees for studies and/or diplomas and diploma supplements.

鈥� Support for students and dean's offices in substantive matters related to the course of studies.

鈥� Defining guidelines for documentation of the course of studies and interpretation of regulations related to the course of studies; preparation of university regulations related to the course of studies.

鈥� Maintaining records of courses and specializations conducted in a given academic year - collecting data in cooperation with dean's offices and the POLON coordinator.

鈥� Participation in the creation of analyses and reports on the functioning of CKiSOS and tasks implemented in the unit.
