I teach a variety of classes related to teaching English as a foreign language and secondary education.

Outside University, I teach English and vocational subjects at the Automotive High School in 艁贸d藕. I am also an examiner of the Regional Examination Board in 艁贸d藕 and a reviewer of school textbooks for the Ministry of Education.

My academic interests have included foreign language writing and use of qualitative methods in researching foreign language learning. Within the area of language pedagogy, I am currently interested in the use of authentic materials in teaching language for specific purposes and application of Content and Language Integrated Learning in vocational education.

My areas of interest include also motor vehicles and history of motoring, as well as travel and motor vehicles in popular culture.
