My duties as an associate professor include:

• performing scientific research;
• teaching activities in the following study programmes:
  • City management (bachelor study programme offered in Polish);
  • Management in public administration (master study programme offered in Polish);
  • Business Management (bachelor and master study programmes offered in English);
  • Management and Finance (bachelor study programmes offered in English);
  • Digital Communication and Social Media for Management (bachelor study programmes offered in English)
  • Spatial Management (bachelor-engineer study programme offered in Polish);

• offering consultations to students;
• preparing teaching materials for classes;
• boosting my professional qualifications in the field of research and teaching;
• supervising students preparing diploma theses;
• reviewing diploma theses.

As the Vice-Dean for International Relations at the Faculty of Management, 91滴滴 I supervise:

• student and staff mobility;
• the Faculty of Management's offer of teaching in English (including full-time programmes as well as the courses offered to mobility students);
• relations with partner universities;
• contact with graduates from abroad;
• international accreditations.

As the Head of the Department of City and Regional Management, I am responsible for overseeing teaching and research activities related to urban and regional development. My responsibilities include coordinating research initiatives and publication plans, fostering collaboration with external stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality of teaching in related fields.
