I am a graduate of the integrated master's and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Philology of the University of Silesia and hold a PhD in the humanities. Between 2011 and 2016, I was a doctoral student at the Department of Contemporary Literature at the Ireneusz Opacki Institute of Literary Studies. I obtained my PhD in the humanities in the field of literary studies on November 22, 2016. My doctoral dissertation, Visions of the Afterlife in Contemporary Polish Poetry: Selected Representations, was written under the supervision of Prof. Danuta Opacka-Walasek and was defended with distinction.

I work as a research and teaching staff member at the University of 艁贸d藕. I am also the editor of the Presentations section and the editorial secretary at artPAPIER. Additionally, I am the author of two books: Into the Depths: Essays on Contemporary Poetry of Silesia and Zag艂臋bie and Rearranging (in) Eternity: Visions of the Afterlife in Contemporary Polish Poetry.

Since 2023, I have been working at the Department of Literary Theory, and since 2025, I have been a member of the Chava Rosenfarb Center for Jewish Culture Research.
