Mobility of academic staff under the Erasmus+ program and other mobility programs

• assistance with recruitment and preparation of travel documents

Student mobility

• outgoing (recruitment for studies under the Erasmus program and other mobility programs, informational and organizational assistance to students before, during, and after their return from exchange, cooperation with ECTS coordinators, setting up recruitment in USOS)
• incoming (cooperation in preparing the Faculty's teaching offer,
• support for students in the case of other trips abroad

Staff trips to international conferences

• receiving and formal verification of trip applications

EkSoc Fellowship Program

• organizational and formal care for guests before and during their stay in Poland

Summer School

• organization of Summer School in 艁贸d藕,
• communication with foreign partners,
• recruitment of students for both the 艁贸d藕 and foreign editions of the School,
• assistance to employees and students with travel formalities,
• assistance with settling student trips in USOS,
• coordination of the work of a team of students involved in volunteering in the organization of the School in 艁贸d藕

CRW reporting on the internationalization of the Faculty

• preparation of annual and other reports for the needs of the rector's office, the Dean's College, PAK, etc.

Events:

• Co-organization of faculty events (EkSoc days, summer schools, Graduates' Gala, inauguration of the academic year, Chinese days, Diversity Days and others).

Maintenance of the faculty promotional materials warehouse.
