Micha艂 Krakowiak (born September 19, 1979 in 艁贸d藕). Associate professor at the Department of Civil Procedure I. In 2018 he obtained a postdoctoral degree based on the book entitled "The compulsory sum in Polish civil proceedings" (C.H.Beck Publishing House, Warsaw 2017). Since 2019 a university professor. Author of over 60 publications in the field of civil procedure, including Polish and foreign judicial enforcement proceedings. Author of two monographs and co-author of two Commentaries on the Code of Civil Procedure and the Civil Procedure System. Multiple recipient of awards from the Rector of the 91滴滴. In the term of office 2025-2028 he serves as the Disciplinary Spokesman for Academic Teachers at the 91滴滴. Participant of national and international scientific conferences. Lecturer at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw and the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution. Member of Scientific Councils and reviewer in scientific journals.
