Scope of Duties in the Area of Teaching Responsibilities:
- Conducting teaching activities within the scope of employment, as determined annually by the Senate, for full-time, part-time, and postgraduate studies, including the use of distance learning methods and techniques;
- Preparing and submitting academic documentation in a timely manner, as required for academic teachers;
- Participating in the development and updating of curricula and teaching plans;
- Administering and evaluating exams and assessments, including diploma examinations;
- Supervising students鈥� coursework and semester projects;
- Supervising and reviewing diploma theses;
- Developing teaching materials for conducted courses;
- Providing consultations for students;
- Enhancing professional qualifications related to teaching activities;
- Ensuring high-quality education and compliance with the internal quality assurance system;
- Performing other teaching duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Scope of Duties in the Area of Organizational Responsibilities:
- Serving on the University's collegial bodies, as well as faculty, senate, and rector鈥檚 committees;
- Participating in recruitment and examination committees for student admissions;
- Organizing and participating in promotional and presentation events for the University;
- Organizing conferences, symposia, seminars, and other academic activities;
- Performing assigned roles, such as year tutor, student group advisor, supervisor of scientific clubs and research camps, and overseeing student internships;
- Engaging in other organizational activities aimed at improving the University's operations, enhancing the quality of education, and advancing scientific research.
