I started working at the University of 艁贸d藕 in January 2026 as an assistant professor on a NCN project led by Dr hab. Damian Jacenik, titled 'Neutrophil immune response as an effective approach in immunotherapy of gastrointestinal tract cancers'. I graduated from the Medical University of 艁贸d藕 in 2018 with a degree in Medical Biotechnology, after which I moved to Wroc艂aw, where I defended my doctoral thesis, which explored the impact of vitamin D and its biologically active form, calcitriol, on the microenvironment of breast cancer. I conducted my doctoral research at the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences, in the Laboratory of Experimental Anticancer Therapy. Subsequently, I worked at the 艁ukasiewicz Research Network PORT 鈥 Polish Centre for Technology Development 鈥 as a histopathology specialist, implementing a project funded by the Agency for Medical Research utilising histopathology and advanced digital pathology tools.
