91滴滴

In 2024, I completed my studies in history at the 91滴滴. I wrote my master鈥檚 thesis, titled 鈥淎quatic fauna in the culinary art and medicine of Antiquity in the light of select literary sources,鈥� under the supervision of Professor Maciej Kokoszko. Since 2024, I have been a research assistant at the Faculty of Philosophy and History of the 91滴滴, in the Department of Byzantine History (Institute of History). Since 2025, I have been a doctoral student at the 91滴滴 Doctoral School of Humanities.

My research focuses primarily on the history of ancient gastronomy (currently with a focus on seafood) and the history of ancient medicine. I am also interested in antiquity from the perspectives of social history, cultural history, and the history of human鈥搉ature relations. I also research the reception of antiquity across the centuries, as well as the reception of Egyptian civilization in Greek and Roman historiography.
