Zbigniew Gruszka, assistant professor in the Department of Information, Book and Library Science at the University of 艁贸d藕. He obtained his PhD degree in 2012 at the University of Warsaw on the basis of his thesis Library Review as the oldest scientific organ of Polish librarianship: a monograph of the journal. Co-editor of The Concise Librarian'sHandy Dictionary (2011), co-author of the critical edition of Jan Muszkowski's Life of a Book (2015). He has presented papers at international conferences in Poland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Canada, Malaysia and Italy.

He has been employed in the Department since 2013.
