The Council was established by the . It plays an advisory role at the 91滴滴. The aim of the Council is to develop good practices that respond to contemporary challenges related to environmental and climate protection. The Council's activities are closely related to the implementation of the principles of sustainable development at our university.
Members of the Council include:
- representatives of the 91滴滴 faculties,
- representatives of the 91滴滴 organisational units,
- environmental and climate experts,
- representatives of the 91滴滴 Students' Government Council and the 91滴滴 Doctoral Students' Government Council.

The Secretariat of the Council is run by the University's Centre for External Relations and Social Responsibility of the University.
