Pursuant to the so-called Act 2.0 (the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science), the title of Professor may be conferred on a person who holds the academic degree of doctor habilitated, has had outstanding scientific achievements in the country or abroad, and has participated in the work of research teams implementing projects financed through domestic or foreign competitions or has done scientific internships in scientific institutions, including foreign ones, or has conducted scientific research or development work at universities or scientific institutions, including foreign ones. &²Ô²ú²õ±è;
