She graduated in economics and sociology with a specialisation in finance from the 91滴滴. Since 1996 she has been associated with the power industry in 艁贸d藕. She started her work in 艁贸d藕 thermal power plants going through successive levels in the professional and organisational structure of the Heat and Power Plant Complex in 艁贸d藕, and currently Veolia Energia 艁贸d藕. Since 2011, she served as a Member of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer, and since 2016 she was a Vice President of the Management Board of Veolia 艁贸d藕, being responsible for the financial issues in the company. Since 2018, she has been a President of the Management Board and the CEO of Veolia Energia 艁贸d藕.
She is responsible for the energy transformation of the 艁贸d藕 region heating system towards its decarbonisation and achievement of climate neutrality with particular focus on the business, social and environmental sectors. As the CEO of Veolia Energia 艁贸d藕, following almost 115 years of 艁贸d藕 energy sector history, she focuses on both technological and organisational development of the company to ensure its effective functioning in the changing market conditions.
Anna K臋dziora-Szwagrzak participated in international management development programmes of the Veolia group. She is a licensed tax and accounting advisor certified by the Ministry of Finance in Poland.
She is a member of the supervisory boards of Polish companies in the energy sector and the Veolia Group in Poland.
