Joanna Erdman 鈥� President of the Management Board of the Cashless Poland Foundation. She co-created the foundations of the Cashless Poland Programme and has been a member of the Foundation鈥檚 Council since its inception. In 2023, she was included in the ranking of the 50 most influential women in Poland.
An experienced manager with over 20 years in banking practice, she co-created and developed mBank, which now serves clients in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. For her contributions to banking, she was awarded the M. Kopernik Medal and the Remigiusz Kaszubski Distinction. A passionate advocate of digitalisation, technology, and modern payment solutions, she has led numerous strategic projects and collaborated with key partners on implementing financial innovations, modern payment methods, open banking, VAS, digital identity, behavioural biometrics, and cloud solutions. For her support in developing the payment ecosystem, she was honoured with the title Fintech Personality.
Joanna Erdman is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of 艁贸d藕 and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in Leadership in Innovation. She also holds an MBA from the Polish-American Management Centre and the University of Maryland.
