He led the multifunctional SSC centers of the Barry Callebaut Group. BC Shared Services deliver broad variety of services: Finance, Internal Audit, MDM, Customer Service, Transport, Logistics and IT incl. Business Applications, Project and Program Management. Previous 3 years as Lead of Avon Global Business Services and 9 years served Infosys BPO pursuing leadership experience in diverse roles mainly finance operations and program management. Most recently as European Head of Business Consulting Services for manufacturing clients. His expertise embraces also advisory support for SSC market, global transitions and outsourcing in Poland, China, India, USA, Manila and South Africa.
