President of the Management Board of Widzew 艁贸d藕 S.A. since May 2023, member of the Board of the Club since January 2021. He is also a CEO of the Widzew Training Center 鈥� the entity responsible for the implementation of the Club's training centre investment. He specialises in multi-channel communication and sports sponsorship. For more than 6 years he has been managing teams and business processes as a director or board member. Previously, he was responsible for all marketing and communication activities at, among others, Polonia Warszawa.
He is also involved in crisis management, combining his experience in sports with his competences gained in international corporations. During his career, he has coordinated projects for leading brands and employers in Poland and the CEE region, such as Sii, SAP, Fujitsu, Capgemini, Shell and Grupa Pracuj. He has extensive experience in cooperating with companies sponsoring Polish sports, sports organisations and local government representatives.
Micha艂 Rydz graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Social Communication at the 91滴滴 and completed a number of courses in management and communication. He is the winner of many industry awards, such as Z艂ote Spinacze or EB Stars.
