Scientific Committees of the Polish Academy of Sciences are collegial bodies that deal with a specific scientific discipline (or related disciplines). The scientists being their members work on the most important problems in a given field. Members of the committees are selected in secret elections, in which scientists from all over the country, including those who are not members of the Polish Academy of Sciences, can vote and run.
Scientists from the 91滴滴 will sit on 26 out of 71 committees during the four-year term starting on 1 January 2024. In total, our university will be represented by 49 scientists who have been appointed to 55 seats in the Scientific Committees of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
