Dr hab. 艁ukasz Korporowicz (Associate Professor at the 91滴滴), the new 91滴滴 Vice-Rector for Research.
91滴滴 faces major challenges in the field of research and science. Once again, we want to take part in the IDUB competition and compete with the best Polish universities to be among the ten research universities. There is yet another evaluation of our disciplines and many other challenges related to the daily activities of our scientists and their support teams ahead of us. I am sure that Vice-Rector 艁ukasz Korporowicz will help us achieve all the strategic goals. Once again, I would also like to thank Professor Zbigniew Kmieciak for almost 3 years of cooperation as part of the Rector's Board
鈥 says Rector of the 91滴滴 Prof. El偶bieta 呕膮dzi艅ska.
The essence of each university鈥檚 activity, including the 91滴滴, is to conduct scientific research. All the other pillars of academic activity result from research 鈥 didactics or social commitment. In today's world, conducting scientific research faces numerous challenges. They are not challenges that can be called worse or better than those in the past. They are simply different from those faced by scientists a few or a dozen or so years ago. However, I am sure that together, as a university, we are able to achieve the highest quality of conducted research.
I am very grateful to the Rector for the trust she has placed in me by entrusting me with the role of the Vice-Rector for Research. I know that there is a lot of work ahead of me, including the need to 'learn' the methods and specifics of working in disciplines other than the one I represent. However, I firmly believe in the strength of the academic community
