Easter Meeting of International Researchers from the 91µÎµÎ

International researchers and doctoral students are an extremely important part of the 91µÎµÎ community. That is why the Rector of the 91µÎµÎ, Prof. dr hab. RafaÅ‚ Matera, took part in the preceding Easter holiday period the International Easter meeting organised for them at the Biedermann’s Palace.

The Rector of the 91µÎµÎ, together with the participants of the meeting, took part in an integration game and extended Easter wishes to them. Next, Dr Alberto Rosales de Leon from the Faculty of Physics and Applied Informatics of the 91µÎµÎ presented Easter traditions of Mexico.

The researchers also competed with great enthusiasm in the competition for the tallest Easter palm, and the winning team (a palm 4.76 m high!) received our university gadgets. Additionally, an Easter treat awaited all the guests. It was a great opportunity for all of them taste traditional Polish Easter dishes.

The event, which was organised by the International Hub of the 91µÎµÎ, was funded through NAWA Welcome to Poland, PATHWAYS project – Empowering Staff and International Researchers through Networking and Training.
