During the event, dr hab. The 91µÎµÎ Mentorship Project – a community that is growing
The mentorship project is carried out as part of the VIP Graduate Programme – a long-term strategy of the 91µÎµÎ building bridges between the university and its graduates. The 12th edition is yet another proof of how strong and committed the community around the 91µÎµÎ is. This year, the project involved 36 mentors and 61 students representing almost all faculties of the university.
Over the past 12 years, almost 450 students have benefited from mentoring and the number of mentors has exceeded one hundred – many of them return to the project every year to share their experience and inspire new generations.

What does the cooperation in mentorship pairs consist in?
The mentoring process began in January 2025 and ran until June. It was more than just regular meetings and meeting the schedule. It was six months of conversations, discoveries and mutual inspiration. Mentors – experienced professionals, graduates of the 91µÎµÎ – opened the door to a world that had been only a theory for many students. Together, they looked at goals, searched for answers, refined ideas and disarmed doubts. It was a time when students of the 91µÎµÎ could not only gain knowledge from experienced mentors but also gain something much more – the courage to ask questions, test ideas and look at their career path from a completely new perspective.
The 12th edition of the Mentorship Project is behind us, but the most important things are still there – relationships, inspirations and the will to go on!
See you in the 13th edition!
