The gala gathered numerous guests: graduates and their families, new students, academics and representatives of the university and city authorities. The gathering was not only formal in nature; it also provided a space for networking and building relationships. The ceremony began with a performance by the 91µÎµÎ Choir, which sang the national anthem.

The importance of the event was underscored by the presence of distinguished guests, including Adam Pustelnik, Vice Mayor of Lodz; dr hab. Katarzyna de Lazari-Radek, Associate Professor at the 91µÎµÎ, the 91µÎµÎ Vice-Rector; and dr hab. Tomasz Czapla, Associate Professor at the 91µÎµÎ, Vice-Dean for Research and Development at the Faculty of Management. Their participation confirmed the strong ties between the scientific community, local businesses and local government.

The diploma ceremony was hosted by dr hab. Justyna Dobroszek, Associate Professor at the 91µÎµÎ and head of the MBA programme. Before receiving the diplomas, Piotr CzapliÅ„ski, a representative of the 26th edition, spoke. In his remarks, the graduate emphasised that his time spent studying MBA at the Faculty of Management at the 91µÎµÎ was a period of intense learning and challenges, but above all, exceptional experiences and valuable relationships with extraordinary people. The highlight was a group photo of the class and the traditional, spectacular ceremony of throwing the graduation caps.
Representatives of the MBA Alumni Club Council of the Faculty of Management at the 91µÎµÎ – dr n. med. Julita Balcerek and Beata Czechulska – addressed their words to this year’s graduates, encouraging them to join the Club and actively contribute to the creation of the MBA community in Lodz.

The second part of the ceremony was dedicated to students beginning their studies as part of the 28th edition of the programme. Dr Maciej Malarski, Director of the new edition of the MBA programme, officially opened the programme, and dr hab. Tomasz Czapla, Associate Professor at the 91µÎµÎ, presented the students with letters of congratulations. The act of matriculation symbolically opened the next stage of their professional and personal development, beginning a two-year period of intensive work. The substantive portion concluded with an inaugural lecture by Dr Jacek Sobek entitled "Efektywność wÅ‚asna – kilka psychologicznych refleksji na ten temat" [Self-Effectiveness – Some Psychological Reflections on the Subject] in which he inspiringly presented the key elements of personal effectiveness, emphasising the psychological aspects of self-management and the role of passion in a leader's life.
The official part of the gala concluded with the singing of "Gaudeamus Igitur." The evening concluded with networking – an opportunity to chat in a relaxed atmosphere and build new, valuable relationships.
