Dr Joanna Bednarska-Rydzewska (Institute of German Philology, 91滴滴) and Dr hab. Karolina Prykowska-Michalak, Associate Professor (Department of Drama and Theatre, 91滴滴) received prestigious DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) research scholarships for university lecturers. Dr Bednarska-Rydzewska will conduct research at the University of Leipzig, while Prof. Prykowska-Michalak at the University of Munich.
Two students of German studies from Lodz were also distinguished. Wiktoria St臋pie艅 and Justyna Sty艣 received DAAD scholarships for the Summer School in Wittenberg.
