I am very happy about the honour that I have received. It is a very clear message to me that the research I conduct is recognized by the international community of history researchers.
I also perceive this nomination as special for two reasons 鈥� the group of Polish scientists who are members of the Royal Historical Society is small, as is the group of Fellows of the Royal Historical Society dealing with the history of law. I am all the more pleased to receive this title because it is a recognition of my research work by representatives of a very diverse scientific community.
