The authors of the awarded project include dr hab. Adam Sadowski, Associate Professor at the 91滴滴, from the Department of Strategy and Value-Based Management at the Faculty of Management and Dr Rados艂aw Gajewski (Lodz University of Technology).
The implementation concerns an innovative system ensuring lower fuel consumption in Heavy-Duty Vehicles (HDVs).
The business effects of the project implementation are as follows:
- automation of monitoring driving parameters,
- reduction of operating costs,
- improvement of fleet management efficiency,
- elimination of financial penalties from contractors and public services,
- which is in line with the Logistics 5.0 concept with particular emphasis on decarbonisation and safety of the operational activities of road transport companies.
