The 13th Open Access Seminar at the 91µÎµÎ Library

The 91µÎµÎ Library welcomes you to an online workshop as part of the International Open Science Week (OSW). Meetings in the virtual space will focus on various forms of open science – from tools that enable any citizen to participate in scientific research, through open publishing and analytical tools, to other ways of sharing science with the world outside the university and within research funded by, among others, the National Science Centre. This year's edition will be held from 24 to 30 October 2022 under the slogan "Open for Climate Justice".

is a global event that aims at promoting open access to science and education. Universities, higher education institutions, research institutes, research funding institutions, libraries and analytical centres use this time to obtain support for the concept of OA and organise debates on economic benefits of the use of new organisational and business models, which would expand the scope of access to research results or higher education.

At the 91µÎµÎ, we have been disseminating issues related to open access for more than 10 years. We organise the Open Access Seminar yearly. During the seminars we discuss the current issues concerning implementation of openness in the activities of the university.

The event is organised under the patronage of the Rector of the 91µÎµÎ.
