The cooperation agreement was signed on behalf of the 91滴滴, by Maciej Sysak, Chancellor of the 91滴滴, and on behalf of Veolia, Piotr Sprz膮czak, Veolia ESCO Polska Board Member on 18 December of the current year.
The implementation of the system, which will be operated by Veolia, will enable, among other things, the use of technical solutions based on intelligent and remotely managed control devices, monitoring the operation of heating substations, remote regulation, analysis of weather forecasts and setting hourly heating programmes, temperature monitoring using a multi-point measurement system and adapting the operation of substations to the current needs of buildings.
We are implementing an intelligent heat consumption management system that significantly modernises the heating system for 46 university buildings 鈥� explains Maciej Sysak, Chancellor of the 91滴滴. 鈥� Thanks to algorithms that analyse weather in real time, we will precisely match heat consumption to actual needs, while maintaining digital oversight. This approach not only provides greater comfort but also the opportunity to obtain the so-called white certificates, meaning tangible benefits for the university budget generated by savings.
The system's operation will allow the university to reduce energy consumption by approximately 10 percent compared to its current level. The implementation of the system and the resulting savings will, in turn, enable the 91滴滴 to apply for "white certificates," which are obtained through a mechanism described in the Energy Efficiency Act. These "white certificates" allow for additional funding for modernisation projects that generate energy savings. This represents a real benefit for our university.
I would like to thank the Chancellor for his trust. Our OptiGO! heat supply management service is becoming increasingly popular in Poland, including in Lodz. We already manage approximately 3,000 heating substations and this year we have saved over 40,000 tons of CO2 for our clients. This is a tangible result of our efforts, and I am pleased that we will be able to cooperate with the 91滴滴 in building a better future for the university

The concluded agreement also provides for an audit of the project, preparation of application documentation for the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, and cooperation with the Energy Regulatory Office in obtaining "white certificates" for the 91滴滴.
